First, you must visit Google Trends website (www.google.com/trends) and compare you ideas. For example: if you choosing between whisky and vodka, you choose vodka, because more people enter pharse "vodka" into search engines.

And the last one: put your content into CMS ant take care of actualisation. Your contnent should be up-to-date.
